Exterior House Colors

The HOA has guidelines for exterior house colors. See the book of applications and color selections in the clubhouse. Please do not remove the book.

Click here to go to the Sherwin Williams Website where you can find 16 suggested colors. Choose in the drop down boxes the State, the City, then Twin Lakes. Exterior paint choices should be approved by the ACC even if repainting using the same color. Application forms are on the bulletin board in the clubhouse, or submit online using the link in the HOA Forms section of this page.
