ACC Approval Request Form

PLEASE READ: If a permit is required please submit a copy to srfoxusa@gmail.com and reference this request. City easements must be adhered to in all cases and nothing can be placed in those easements. City easements are as follows: 25 ft. setback from the front lot line, 15 ft. setback from the rear property line and 10 ft. from each side property line. Denied requests will receive a separate written explanation of the reasons from the ACC. See the Board representative’s contact information on the back of this sheet. All requests should be given to Fox Kehler, the HOA Board representative who will receive all forms and supporting documents.
